How much time does it take me to translate?
Turnaround time depends on the number of words and type of language (there are highly specialized technical and scientific texts, financial and economic documents, medical reports and texts, documents written in general usage language, etc.). My average translation speed is 2,000 - 2,500 words a day.
Besides, I perform a quality check to ensure that the document is error-free and the format has been maintained. The earlier I receive your document, the better.

I focus on translations from English or Dutch (Nederlands) into Russian, which is my native tongue, and from Russian into English. My translation and subject areas include:

What is it that I don't translate?
First, I naturally do not translate any materials insulting personal dignity, appeals to national hatred, obscene, threatening, slanderous, pornographic or any other texts that may violate any applicable laws. I also firmly believe that no serious translator can undertake translation of any document virtually on any subject. One can't embrace the unembraceable. Neither can I. That's why, I do not translate texts on the subjects of mathematics, physics and chemistry. I prefer to stick to the subjects I know well, and gladly leave the others to translators specialized in these fields.
